4. Tracking & Order Status

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

5.1 Shape of Sports is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
5.2 If a shipment is damaged during transit, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
5.3 For lost shipments, we will assist in tracking the order but cannot guarantee replacement or refunds unless covered by the carrier's insurance.


6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Due to the nature of customized products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6.2 Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
