Items purchased on pre-order are Made to Order, paid for today, with shipping estimated on the listed date. You may cancel or change a pre-order within 7 days of placing your order by emailing info@comfrt.com. After that, factory production on your order has begun and cannot be canceled or changed.
For all orders exceeding a value of 10kUSD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
